Staging Client Agreement

Pre-Staging: Please ensure the home is as clean and tidy as possible. The tidier the home, the more time we will have to address other aspects of staging.

Staging Day: Our staging team will arrive promptly at scheduled time. Stagers are not responsible for removing any electrical or audio-visual equipment. Stagers will not attempt to move anything weighing more than 25 lbs.

Staging team will implement design plan and prepare the house for sale.

Maintenance of Furniture and Accessories: Client is responsible for any damaged, stained, or missing furnishings and accessories.

Client further acknowledges and agrees that the furnishings shall remain at the property during the entire term of this agreement and shall not be removed from the property except by staging staff.

Photography and Publicity Release: Client agrees to allow home photography before and after staging work is completed for reference, training, and marketing purposes.
